Prince George’s Return Home Ends Kate Middleton’s Long Wait — Report

Prince George has returned home after completing his first half-term as a boarder at Eton College. He is reuniting with his parents and younger siblings, something Kate Middleton had been eagerly awaiting. Reports reveal that Kate was missing her eldest son and had been eagerly awaiting his return.

Prince George reportedly returns home from Eton reuniting with Kate Middleton and family

The 13-year-old prince has been attending Eton College, where he lives in a boarding house away from his family. His return coincides with Eton’s “Long Leave,” which runs from October 23 to November 8. Kate has been eagerly looking forward to his return for the extended autumn break.

Kate spoke about the reunion during a visit to an East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices charity shop in Hoveton, near Norwich. Denise Ashton met the Princess of Wales during the visit. She told GB News: “She said she’s looking forward to George coming home she’s missed him.”

Ashton added: “They may be going somewhere (during the break).”

Kate also spoke to a young visitor about the approaching school holidays, reportedly saying: “My children break up tomorrow, and I can’t wait to have them all home.” Her comments offered a glimpse into how the royal family has adjusted to George’s new school routine.

George’s younger siblings, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, eight, are also on a school break from Lambrook School. The break gives the Wales family an opportunity to spend time together after George’s first weeks at boarding school.

Eton’s published calendar confirms that the school’s autumn “Long Leave” runs from October 23 to November 8, with pupils returning after the break. The extended break also includes Halloween and Bonfire Night. The royals, however, have not publicly shared their holiday plans. Kate and William have made efforts to keep their children out of the spotlight and give them as normal a school life as possible.
