Whoopi Goldberg, one of Prince Harry’s close celebrity friends, predicts that he and Prince William could reconcile soon. Harry appeared in a recent interview with GQ, during which he openly expressed his wish to reconcile with his family.
During a recent episode of “The View,” Goldberg, along with her fellow co-hosts, reacted to Harry’s statement about wanting to repair his relationships with his father and brother.

Prince Harry’s friend Whoopi Goldberg shared her thoughts on his hopes of repairing his relationship with his father and brother. During the segment, a clip from Harry’s interview with GQ was shown. In the interview, he said that he wanted to reconcile with his family. The Duke of Sussex also added that while he wanted things to work out, there were others who did not feel the same way. Later, a spokesperson for Harry clarified that the statement was not in reference to his brother, Prince William, or any other member of the royal family.
After the clip was shown, Goldberg said that much of the tension arose because Harry and Meghan chose to air their grievances publicly. She added that while she did not know whether the interview would help mend fences, she believed that Harry would like the feud to end.
Ana Navarro, another co-host, shared that William and Harry were once very close. She added that it would be wonderful for them to repair their broken relationship and end the feud. She noted that much of the rift had deepened because everything played out in public. Navarro said she believed that instead of giving interviews, Harry should try to resolve things more privately.
Sunny Hostin chimed in, saying she believed Harry had already tried reaching out to his brother privately. She added that she did not know Harry personally, but Goldberg did. Sara Haines also agreed that the brothers should reunite, with Goldberg concluding, “I think it’ll happen.”
