Melania Trump’s Business Empire Puts Her at Odds With Donald, Wolff Claims

Melania Trump may be in conflict with her husband, Donald Trump, over her business ventures. The claim comes amid growing curiosity about her much-less-public presence during Trump’s second presidential term. Their relationship also drew attention recently after Trump revealed at a Texas rally that Melania often calls him “sir” when asking for something.

Michael Wolff argues about Melania Trump’s independent ventures

Author Michael Wolff recently claimed that Melania Trump and her husband, Donald Trump, might be in a “direct conflict” because of the First Lady’s numerous businesses.

Wolff appeared on the podcast Inside Trump’s Head, where he and journalist Joanna Coles discussed Melania’s noticeable absence during Trump’s second term. According to the two, numerous White House aides are reportedly concerned about the First Lady’s constant disappearance from the public and how it could affect her marriage to Trump. Wolff said, “They don’t know what she’s going to do, and they are afraid of it.”

The author also described Trump and Melania’s relationship as the “strangest marriage in the history of all presidential marriages,” compared to previous couples. He added that Melania’s business ventures related to film production, children’s well-being, education, and more have seemingly made her “the center of attention.” This could conflict with President Trump, who “can’t stand anyone else being the center of attention.” Wolff stated, “(He) doesn’t mind you making money, but do not steal the limelight.”

Rumors about marital trouble between Trump and Melania have circulated online and are further fueled by the president’s recent statements. A few days ago, at a rally in Tennessee, Trump also appeared to call out Melania’s documentary.

He said he was not a fan of his wife’s film becoming “the number one movie.” His reason for not liking the movie was that he believed there was room for only one star in the Trump family, and that spot is already reserved for him (via Stylecaster).
