RHOA alum Kim Zolciak’s sons, KJ and Kash, are facing fresh allegations involving a horse farm near their Georgia home. The latest complaint follows an earlier incident in which one of the boys was accused of shooting a pellet gun near the facility to scare the horses.
A November 2025 police report details allegations involving teens at the horse farm. They allegedly yelled obscenities and threw firecrackers toward the property.
Police report details 911 complaint near Kim Zolciak’s Georgia home
According to the report obtained by Us, a 911 caller contacted police on November 25, 2025. The caller claimed a teenage boy was standing on the porch of Zolciak’s Alpharetta home and “screaming obscenities” at a nearby horseback riding facility. The teen was also accused of throwing firecrackers toward the camp.
Although the caller did not identify Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s sons by name, the report indicates they were involved. Officers spoke with Zolciak, 48, and “advised her to talk to her boys about yelling obscenities out the back of their house toward the horse farm.”
“Kim said she will look at her cameras and address the issue,” the report states.
The complainant reportedly told police that they had attempted to reach a parent at the home previously but “has never seen a parent there.” They also said it was “not the first time” the teen and his younger brother had allegedly behaved this way.
The November complaint was not the first reported issue involving the boys and the facility. TMZ reported that a July 14 incident involved an accusation that one of the boys fired a pellet gun in an attempt to scare the horses.
An employee told police that no horses or people appeared to have been hit. Officers nevertheless found “20 to 30 pellets scattered in the roadway next to the property.” Zolciak’s son acknowledged shooting the pellet gun but denied trying to hit anyone or any horses.
No charges were filed in connection with that incident.
