“Sister Wives” star Janelle Brown pushed back at Kody Brown, claiming that his version of events involving Coyote Pass was untrue.
She also told Meri Brown that she had never planned to cut her out of the property deal.

According to Us Weekly, Janelle spoke to former sister-wife Christine Brown and said Kody’s apology tour did not live up to its promise.
“I feel like the apology tour was in the end something he was trying to redeem himself with,” Janelle said. “And I don’t think it was necessarily that sincere because there’s been no contact since. And he very publicly [torpedoed] my character afterwards. … So I — f*** him.”
Janelle continued discussing Kody’s claim that she had tried to enter into a “backdoor deal” involving the Arizona property. “He felt like he should make up this story that I had somehow tried to go behind Meri’s back,” she said.
She added, “Months after the deal is closed he starts talking about how I was doing a backdoor deal with him. … It was not true.”
Meri admitted that while she did not know all the details, she had been suspicious. She explained that she believed Janelle and Kody had been discussing selling the property without her consent. Meri also claimed that they had decided to give her “however much they felt like I was owed.”
However, Janelle strongly rejected the idea when the two spoke directly. “I was not trying to cut you out of the deal,” she insisted.
Meri remained cautious, saying, “I’m not taking a side with Janelle or Kody and Robyn, because to be honest with you, every single one of us in humanity will tell our stories to make us look better.”
Janelle concluded, “I have said what I needed to say. I am sincere. I was not trying to double deal.”
