What do we see in The Lowdown Season 2 trailer?
The trailer for The Lowdown Season 2 offers a glimpse into Lee Raybon’s new adventure as he gets hired by Betty Gilpin’s new character. As the “truthstorian” finds himself caught in a conspiracy, he must also contend with the unexpected return of his father, played by Tommy Lee Jones.
The preview opens with Hawke as Lee Raybon waking with a jolt as sirens blare in the background. The narrator then says, “Tulsa, it’s a city that’s short on forgiveness,” as Raybon walks down an alleyway.
Lee meets a mysterious woman at a bar, and she tells him two men are following her. However, when he asks her what they look like, she says, “I’m not gonna tell you what they look like.”
Lee’s investigation into the new case leads him to shocking information tied to “two confirmed murders and the whole sheriff’s department.” The truthstorian then speculates, “It goes all the way to the top.”
Amid the tense investigation, Lee is surprised when his father appears. “You can’t come in here and wreck everything,” he tells his dad, who retorts, “Or what? You gonna call the cops again?”
Needless to say, The Lowdown Season 2 has more comedic gags and action in store for the fans. In addition to Hawke, the series also stars Betty Gilpin, Tommy Lee Jones, Kaniehtiio Horn, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Killer Mike, Michael Hitchcock, Macon Blair, Siena East, Cody Lightning, and Jude Barnett.
