Below Deck Med’s Gael Cameron took to Instagram to reflect on her relationship with Nathan Gallagher. She shared an Instagram reel with the caption, “You can never remind your person enough how grateful you are for them.”

While responding to the people who said, “you handled it so well,” she responded with an Instagram reel. Cameron explained she had lost herself and her “sparkle” and did not think she had “handled” it.

She added, “My best friend did. She sat with me, let me talk about the same thing 50,000 times.”

According to Reality Blurb, Gallagher skipped court and stayed away from the spotlight amid his ongoing domestic violence case.

Nathan Gallagher was accused of assaulting a 29-year-old woman at an apartment in Australia.

Last month, Gallagher said that people did not hear his side of the story in an interview with Rolling Stone.

Gallagher said, “I don’t believe the public has heard the full story surrounding what happened. I understand [New South Wales] Police have confirmed my arrest in December 2025. What has been publicly reported, however, represents only one side of what was an extremely complicated situation.”

He added that he did not discuss his relationships publicly and would deal with the matter through appropriate channels.

Gallagher said, “I am not going to make accusations or release private documents on Instagram. I have kept the evidence and will deal with it through the appropriate channels.”

Gael Cameron and Nathan Gallagher met on Season 9 of Below Deck Mediterranean. Their relationship ended before the former couple reconciled in 2024. The former couple welcomed their son, Kayden Cameron-Gallagher, in 2025, according to Bravo. However, Cameron confirmed their split in 2026 following Gallagher’s arrest.

Her emotional post came as she reflected on her relationship with Gallagher.
