Rachel Lugo shared a look at her face with her fans on TikTok and Instagram following her surgery. The Real Housewives star was seen with a bloodied face and stitches as she is recovering from surgery. Lugo underwent a facelift, including brow lift and neck lift.
The surgery came a month after she had her face fillers dissolved.
In the latest TikTok and Instagram video, she revealed her face just 27 hours after the surgery. She was seen in bed with stitches around her eyebrows and temples.
According to her Instagram, Lugo told her fans, “It’s 27 hours since I came out of the operating theatre. Still haven’t had a single painkiller because I have not needed one, I’m not in pain at all. I’ve just done the hyperbaric chamber for an hour because my surgeon gave me the go-ahead on that.”
Lugo also shared that the “netting” around her wounds would be removed the following day, but her “exceptionally neat” stitches would take a week to come out.
She added, “I cannot believe how good I feel, honestly. There’s not loads of swelling either, touch wood, fingers crossed, all is good.”
Lugo has been keeping her fans updated about her surgery. She wrote in the caption, “End of day one after my preservation deep plane face, neck, and brow lift.”
Earlier in August, she opened up about her decision to dissolve fillers and plan to undergo a facelift. She said, “I’m getting a facelift. So I have had my filler dissolved. I didn’t have a lot of filler in my face, actually. When you have a facelift, if the quality of your skin is not good, then you’re going to look tighter, but your skin is not going to look amazing. I have been working really hard on that.”
Lugo continues to update her fans while she recovers from a face, neck, and brow lift.
