Jax made the allegations in his petition for a domestic violence restraining order, as reported by TMZ. He filed the request days after Brittany obtained a temporary order against him. The former Vanderpump Rules star reportedly asked the court to keep her 100 yards away.
According to Jax, one alleged incident happened in August 2024. He said it occurred about a week after leaving rehab. The family reportedly visited an aquarium before stopping at Hooters for lunch.
Jax claimed Brittany ordered several shots of tequila during the afternoon meal. He alleged that she regularly drank alcohol during daytime family outings. The reality star also made a startling claim involving Cruz’s stroller.
“She would often drink during the day,” Jax said in court documents. He continued, “She would put tequila in a water bottle that she kept in his stroller.” Jax alleged this happened during trips to parks, Disneyland, Universal Studios, and the zoo.
He also described an uncomfortable conversation during their drive home. According to Jax, Brittany asked, “Should we have sex again to see if we still have it?” He claimed he changed the subject before she became upset.
Jax said Brittany allegedly called him names during the argument. He claimed she became angry after he rejected the suggestion. According to the petition, the confrontation continued after they arrived home.
“I would never have sex with you, you’re completely wasted, and a drunk,” Jax allegedly told her. He also referenced his recent rehab stint and their son. Jax claimed Brittany later backhanded him with a closed fist.
He said the alleged strike caused “blinding” pain. Jax also claimed he cared for Cruz for the rest of the night. Brittany had yet to publicly respond to his petition or the allegations.
The latest filing marked another escalation in their ongoing divorce battle. Both former Pump Rules stars have made serious allegations against each other.
