Bryce Hall took legal action against his ex-girlfriend, Mika Lafuente, following a reported dispute during their breakup. The influencer asked a court for a restraining order just days after police arrested him over an alleged domestic violence incident. However, the court rejected his request. The case now includes claims from both sides about what happened at his Las Vegas home.
Bryce Hall filed for court protection after Mika Lafuente accused him of getting physical during their breakup
According to court records obtained by TMZ, Hall filed a petition on August 6. He accused Lafuente of stalking or harassment and asked the court for protection. But his request was turned down on August 11, five days later. The filing came 10 days after Lafuente contacted police on July 27 and accused Hall of getting physical with her during their split.
Court documents describe a dispute over a Roomba vacuum cleaner. Lafuente had visited Hall’s Las Vegas home to collect belongings she had left there, and the two reportedly argued over who would keep the device. According to the records, Lafuente put her phone in her pocket to record the encounter. Police said the recording captured her telling Hall to slap her, while he responded that he would not slap her but would force her to leave.
The documents also describe Lafuente saying, “Let me go.” She told officers that Hall lifted her over his shoulder and carried her out, before allegedly throwing her onto rocks. Court records reportedly include photos of her alleged injuries. Lafuente and Hall had dated for a little over two years before their breakup.
Hall faces two charges over the alleged incident, TMZ reports. Prosecutors charged him with coercion constituting domestic violence involving physical force or an immediate threat of force, as well as domestic violence battery. However, Hall’s representative gave a different version of events. “After removing all of her possessions, Bryce respectfully asked Mika to leave the property,” the representative told the outlet, adding that Lafuente then “tried to provoke a physical altercation.”
