Alicia Carmody and Jo-Ellen Tiberi discussed the fifth season of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in an interview with OK. Their appearance gave them a chance to meet longtime Housewives. Tiberi said, “I personally had a really good time while I was there.” She also revealed that Porsha Williams gave her phone number to her.
The experience stood out because both women were new to Bravo. Tiberi said, “So many people were so kind and caring.” She added that everyone made an effort to welcome them. “It was super special,” she said.
Carmody described the filming opportunity as magical. “I was so in awe of everyone,” she said. She enjoyed seeing the women celebrate the franchise. Carmody appreciated being included in its 20-year celebration.
Both stars said they tried to behave themselves during the cameo. Tiberi joked, “I was on my best behaviour.” Carmody admitted she tried to do the same. Their comments showed they understood the cameo’s significance.
Carmody and Tiberi also discussed their first RHORI season. Tiberi called the audience reaction “very special” and said she remained grateful. Carmody admitted she sometimes wondered whether fans recognised her.
The sudden attention also created challenges for both women. Tiberi said, “I think it’s been really hard. I’m not going to lie.” She said her career took a backseat while she focused on protecting her family. She stressed that her children remained most important.
Their popularity also created opportunities outside RHORI. Carmody and Tiberi partnered with Angel Soft for its campaign. Carmody called the partnership a “perfect match” for their personalities.
