Donald Trump unveils new performers for Freedom 250 event
Donald Trump recently unveiled the new artists who will perform at the Freedom 250 event. After the cancellation of the concerts that were originally planned, Trump stated that he will hold a rally on June 24 instead.
Trump stated on Truth Social, “On Wednesday, June 24th, at 7 P.M., in magnificent Washington, D.C., now totally beautified, and one of the Safest Cities anywhere in the World, and in celebration of our Country’s 250 Year History, we will be bringing you, LIVE, the Greatest Rally, EVER! It will be special at every level — A Rally to end all Rallies!”
The President went on to assert that he doesn’t need artists to make the event a big one. He even called out the singers who had previously been approached for the event, saying they have “no talent.” One of the main performers at the rally is Lee Greenwood, known for his hit song “God Bless the USA.” The other singer who will take on the stage that day is Christopher Macchio.
Moreover, the President added that the rally will have a special performance from military bands. This includes “the wonderful U.S. Army Band, Armed Forces Choir, and United States Marine Band, with the Joint Armed Forces Chorus.” He further asserted that he would be the main act of the rally. In a previous post on the platform, Trump wrote, “We should have a giant MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN RALLY, for 250, instead of having overpriced singers, who nobody wants to hear, whose music is boring, and yet who do nothing but complain.”
