According to the Daily Mail, Ex-Prince Andrew’s daughters have been kept away from Royal Ascot amid his controversial situation. The move has reportedly “completely blindsided” Beatrice and Eugenie, who are already impacted by their father’s detention. According to the outlet, this move might be part of the decision to exclude them from all future public royal events. A source told them, “I’ve spoken to my friend who works at Ascot and they said the girls have been told they can’t be there this year.”
They further added, “Beatrice has taken it the hardest. She’s been completely blindsided by all of this.” Moreover, Prince William has allegedly advised other Royals not to feature in photographs alongside Andrew’s daughters, “for the rest of the year.”
Another source agreed, “Ascot would be out of the question.” This is, “because the royals have been told they can’t have pictures with the girls for the rest of the year.” The source also shared another reason why the duo won’t be able to attend the event. That is, the people in the carriage procession stay at Windsor Castle the night before and dine with the family. They said that this is “why it’s out of the question that the girls will be able to go, unless they are just there as members of the Royal Enclosure.”
Moreover, a different source mentioned that there was still “a lot of sympathy for the girls” among the public. “Harry has communicated with the girls,” claimed one source.
