Jacob Elordi, who has been quite busy in the industry lately with multiple projects like Frankenstein and Wuthering Heights, spoke to W Magazine in a recent interview, where he spoke about his childhood crushes. He gave out quite a list, which also included Barbara Eden and Miley Cyrus.
Jacob Elordi talks about his crushes from childhood
Jacob Elordi has been very active in the industry since his stint on Euphoria. The actor has had multiple acclaimed roles since then. He most recently appeared on Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein, where he played the monster. Elordi’s performance received plenty of plaudits and was singled out by multiple critics.
The actor will be seen soon on Emerald Fennell’s adaptation of Wuthering Heights, opposite Margot Robbie.
In a recent interview with W Magazine, Elordi discussed his latest film, but also spoke about his childhood crushes. The list was quite substantial.
When asked who his crush was growing up, the Saltburn star responded, “I Dream of Jeannie,” referring to the 1960s sitcom starring Barbara Eden. He followed it up with, “And then Mary-Kate and Ashley [Olsen] in New York Minute. Both of them, collectively.”
He further added, “Miley Cyrus as Hannah Montana.” He finally concluded his list with Hilary Duff as Lizzie McGuire, saying, “You know when she’s in Italy, in that one movie? There’s a frog in the fountain, and there’s a boy on a moped?”
Interestingly, the last time this topic came up in 2023, Elordi also named Brad Pitt as one of his crushes. He spoke about this on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he said he had a crush on Pitt from Troy.
In a 2022 appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Elordi told guest host and Modern Family actress Julie Bowen that he had a crush on her, too.
Jacob Elordi will soon be seen in Wuthering Heights and The Dog Stars.
