The sisters could find themselves approaching major relationship milestones at different speeds, with Kylie hoping Timothée Chalamet will finally take the next step.
Although Kylie and Chalamet began dating years before Kendall and Elordi sparked romance rumors, insiders reportedly believe the newer couple could reach the altar first. That possibility has allegedly intensified Kylie’s desire to get engaged.

According to Page Six, Kylie has made her marriage hopes clear to Chalamet, though she hasn’t issued an ultimatum. An insider said she was “ready to get engaged” and wanted him to understand that she envisioned marriage in their future. However, the source claimed the actor wasn’t ready to commit just yet.
The insider described Chalamet as invested in Kylie but suggested a proposal could feel premature. Meanwhile, Elordi reportedly approached his relationship with Kendall differently. The source said he was “completely all in with Kendall” and genuinely believed he had found the right person.
The report also noted that Kendall had considered marriage for months. In August, a source told the outlet that the supermodel viewed the Euphoria actor as “husband material.” Kendall and Elordi first sparked dating rumors earlier this year before making their romance more public during a June trip to Australia.
Their relationship has since appeared increasingly serious, including a recent appearance at the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles. The couples also enjoyed a double date in May after attending a private Fanatics party.
Kylie’s romantic history added another layer to the situation. She and Travis Scott began dating in 2017, welcomed daughter Stormi in February 2018 and son Aire in February 2022. They permanently split in January 2023. Kylie and Chalamet, meanwhile, first sparked dating rumors in April 2023. Chalamet previously offered a glimpse into his marriage outlook while promoting Marty Supreme in London.
When asked whether he expected to marry someday, he joked that the question was personal before answering, “Yes. Yes.”
