Scheduled for launch next year, the video game has already drawn a lot of attention since its announcement. The excitement and hype are only expected to increase with Lenny Kravitz also involved in the project.

“Bawma is the enigmatic leader of Aleph, a vast black-market arms network operating across the Western hemisphere. By 17, he had risen through the ranks of modern piracy, transforming an abandoned ship graveyard in Mauritania into the foundation of his empire,” the press release from IO Interactive reads about the character. “Lenny Kravitz takes on the role of Bawma, providing both the voice and physical likeness of the character, his first major performance in a video game,” the press release adds.

Patrick Gibson is leading the cast in the video game as the new James Bond. Other cast members in the game include Priyanga Burford, Alastair Mackenzie, Kiera Lester, Lennie James, Gemma Chan, and Noémie Nakai.

The new Bond game will trace 007’s journey from the very start. 007: First Light is set to launch on March 27, 2026.
