Boxer Wins Fight, Gets Knocked Out By Ice Bucket Thrown By Fan Into Ring

Something tells me that fan won’t be invited to fan appreciation day.

There are times when you lose a fight and accidentally end up punching a girl in the face like this MMA fighter did. There are also times when you win a fight and still end up throwing up during your post-fight interview. And then there are times where you win a fight by TKO and end up getting knocked out by an ice bucket to the head. Well, that doesn’t happen very often, if ever, but it did happen to poor Brandon Cook.

The Canadian boxer was celebrating a victory over Steven Butler in a light middleweight championship bout that you had no clue about. Well things got out of hand in a hurry when some fans decided to show their displeasure by throwing an ice bucket into the ring — an ice bucket that hit Cook square in the head.

Check out this brutal hit below.

Forunately for Cook he came out of it alright, although Cook was only one of the five people injured, as according to Global News two security guards were also treated for minor injuries, and a man and a woman in their 40s were also taken to the hospital.

Add don’t worry, the idiots behind the ice bucket throw, two men in their 20s, were arrested, and now they could face charges of armed assault and assault causing bodily harm. Nice job, idiots.
