Original Story: Yes, you’re reading the title correctly. Sony has announced via the PS Blog that Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is headed to PS4 and Xbox One.
Final Fantasy Type-0 debuted in late 2011 on the PSP. Since then, it has remained Japan only, which has infuriated some gamers after it having earned overwhelming praise by several outlets. Some Japanese gamers called it the best Final Fantasy since Final Fantasy X. It wouldn’t surprise me if some people were interested in learning Japanese just so they could play it.
Not only is it being localized, but for next-gen consoles with HD remastered graphics.
No further details are known, but Sony says that more will be revealed in the short-term future.
