Robin Gibb, one-third of the iconic band who sounded like a they all just got kicked in the balls, the Bee Gees, died today after a long battle with cancer. I just assumed it would have been night fever. Boom! I crack myself up! CNN reports:

Gibb “passed away today following his long battle with cancer and intestinal surgery,” said the statement, which was attributed to his family. He died in England at 10:47 a.m. (5:47 a.m. ET), according to a post on his official Twitter feed.

I really can’t make fun of this dude, because no matter who you are, you’ve sang a Bee Gees song at some point in your life. And so has everybody else (here, here, and here). So, safe travels, Robin. Maybe they’ll let you sing lead.
