Over 60 years before the events of Hellboy, Sir Edward Grey – the Witchfinder – was one of the leading experts in the field of the unnatural. And while Sir Edward had a skill for unmasking mystical frauds, he was no stranger to the otherworldly events of Mike Mignola’s comic book universe!

Mignola and co-writer Chris Roberson have reteamed for a new miniseries, Witchfinder: City of the Dead with artist Ben Stenbeck, colorist Michelle Madsen, and cover artist Julian Totino Tedesco. In the first issue, the clock was turned back to the summer of 1882, as ancient temple was unearthed beneath London.
