Earlier this week, Adam Cole was a guest on the Pat McAfee Show, where things quickly got heated and ended with Cole cursing out McAfee and storming out of the interview. During the latest episode of SiriusXM’s Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray and Mark Henry discussed if what happened was real or not.
“Usually the best things come from reality, and I think if it’s not, it will be,” Henry said when asked if he believes it was real or not. “It should be, but I don’t think it is. This is not a work, this is real s— that’s going to have to be turned into business because it’s too good not to. Here we are, with all the stuff that happened for a week in pro wrestling, and we’re talking about a verbal disagreement on a show. It was real, and that’s why we’re talking about it.”
Bully Ray went on to say that he believes McAfee happened to catch Cole on the right day and pushed enough buttons to get the response Cole gave him. Ray went on to say that this could also have consequences for both parties, as Cole could be reprimanded and McAfee could be questioned as to why he attacked Cole in the way he did.
