Sheamus revealed on his Instagram that Jeff Hardy will be his next guest on his workout web series, Celtic Warrior Workouts. Hardy joins the likes of Becky Lynch, AJ Styles, Rey Mysterio, Sasha Banks and countless others to join Sheamus’ series that showcases what specific workouts help his WWE colleagues stay in pro wrestling form.
