Kim Kardashian has found one thing she loves about working on All’s Fair, and it has nothing to do with acting. The reality star admitted she regularly eats food prepared for the Hulu drama, including items meant only as props.
During an appearance on Good Morning America, Kim Kardashian’s co-stars revealed that her appetite has become a running joke on set. Niecy Nash-Betts even warned viewers not to be fooled by Kardashian’s small frame because she eats just about everything.
“I love to eat [the set food] the whole time,” Kardashian said, adding that she doesn’t stop when filming ends. Even after a scene wraps, she can be found picking up food that was used during production.
“I eat all the prop food, and I’ll be walking by after they cut, and I’m like, still going, ‘Can I take a plate of that pie with me?’ and I just love the prop food,” Kardashian added.
Kim Kardashian’s All’s Fair co-stars also shared what life is like behind the scenes
Nash-Betts, who plays Emerald Greene, backed up Kardashian’s admission with a playful observation. She sent a clear warning saying, “Do not let that tiny body fool you. She eats everything.”
The cast also shared another funny story involving Kardashian and Sarah Paulson. The 46-year-old revealed that she had mistaken the actress’ deep character voice for her real speaking voice.
Paulson, who plays Carrington Lane, said Kardashian believed her natural voice was several octaves lower than it actually is. Kardashian only realized the mistake during a press trip to Rome a few weeks ago.
“I realized this when we were in Rome a few weeks ago,” Kardashian recalled. She then remembered asking Paulson, “Wait a minute, that’s not your real voice?”
The actresses also admitted that they sometimes struggle to keep a straight face while filming. Nash-Betts pointed at Kardashian and Paulson when asked who tends to break character. “Those two fall apart,” she said.
Created by Ryan Murphy, All’s Fair also stars Glenn Close, Naomi Watts, Teyana Taylor and Nash-Betts. The second season premiered on Hulu with its first three episodes, and new episodes are scheduled to arrive on Wednesdays through December 2.
