Inside James Franco’s new supernatural horror thriller
The story follows Billy Hobbs, an aspiring filmmaker who becomes a night watchman at a film studio. Initially, the job seems perfect, offering quiet nights, empty sound stages, and time to study the horror films he hopes to make.
According to IMDB, his new gig takes a disturbing turn when the studio becomes a different place after dark. Lights turn on by themselves, sounds echo through empty stages, and shadows appear where nobody should be. Billy initially searches for rational explanations, but his suspicions grow when people connected to the studio begin dying under bizarre circumstances.
As the incidents escalate, Billy struggles to separate his favorite horror films from reality. He must determine whether someone is behind the strange events and deaths or whether something supernatural has entered the studio. With his life at risk, Billy relies on his horror movie knowledge to solve the mystery before becoming the next victim.
Gold plays Billy Hobbs, while Franco portrays Mitchell Montes. Billy Jack Harlow, Maiya Moran, Shifali Baliga, Gene Braverock, and Chase Iron Eyes are also part of the cast. Joel Harber writes and directs the horror film.
Something’s in There does not have a premiere date yet.
