The top featured balloon sleeves and a daring plunging neckline. The 45-year-old paired the piece with matching micromini shorts featuring shoelace loops and red hanging ribbons.
Other additions included red-and-white sheer stockings and red pointed kitten pumps. Aguilera held her hair in red ribbons and finished the look with eerie white heart makeup.
