General Hospital star Steve Burton’s wife, Michelle, took to social media to reveal an “amazing” surprise from Burton on their recent date night. She shared that the gift brought their relationship “full circle.” Steve and Michelle have been married since May 2025.

Michelle shared a video on Instagram, where she revealed that Steve took her out on a date night. She said that they went to Yaamava’ Hotel and Casino to see Foreigner. She provided a glimpse into the concert, where the host introduced the band with great enthusiasm. “The reason why it was super special was early on when we were dating long distance, he used to send me two of their songs,” Michelle added, referring to why the concert held so much significance for them.
She revealed the two songs that Steve used to send her were “Waiting for a Girl Like You” and “I Want to Know What Love Is.” Steve joked that he “allegedly” sent them, while Michelle confidently said that he really did.
Michelle further went on to appreciate the performance of the rock band. Agreeing with her, the GH actor added, “Unbelievable. This new guy, this new lead singer, Luis Maldonado… Incredible. The Yaamava’ theater, not a bad seat in the house. If they’re in your city… you go see them.”
Michelle further added that their night was made special not just by the concert, but also by the opportunity to meet the performers in the parking lot as they were leaving. She said they were very “sweet” before Steve went on to encourage the audience to experience watching them live. This outing comes a few months after Steve Burton’s Jason’s return to GH, after a short hiatus.
This year, in February, Burton announced that he was taking a temporary hiatus, citing his marriage and family time.
