A new dating rumor surrounding Kanye West’s daughter, North West, and rapper Ken Carson has hit the internet. The rumor suggests that the 13-year-old also had a banter with her father over her supposedly dating the 26-year-old. However, the drama has turned out to be fake.
No, North West is not dating Ken Carson amid fake posts
Recently, two user accounts on X (previously Twitter) shared fake texts between North West and her father, Kanye, that appeared to discuss her relationship with Ken Carson.
The post by user @igetshishi included multiple photos suggesting North posted multiple Instagram stories of her conversation with Kanye. One photo showed North supposedly posing with Carson, with the caption, “Love my bf @kenkerson.” Another photo showed fake texts in which Kanye seemingly confronts her for dating Carson, with a text stating, “I’ve cut off your allowance till you break up with that bum you’re to young for dating.”
North’s reply read, “F*** you I love him and I won’t break up with him.”
The caption on this story read, “I’m not a kid anymore I’m free to date anyone I want to leave me alone!!!” However, these texts, stories, and the rumor itself have proven false, as North has not made any such posts on the social media platform.
The second user, @heisHIM3694, posted yet another photo that supposedly showed North standing next to Carson. They also shared a fake text exchange between North and her father, in which they appear to argue over her allowance cut. Moreover, the texts also showcase North calling Kanye “too controlling,” suggesting that’s the main reason she hates him. However, these texts are also fake.
In the caption, the aforementioned user also claimed that North and Carson went on vacation together and that the texts resulted from Kanye cutting off her $15,000 allowance.
