Alan Ritchson Returns as Jack Reacher in Season 4’s Incredible First Look

Prime Video has dropped first looks from Reacher Season 4, confirming the action series returns on August 12. The photos, released on July 24 on Instagram, show Alan Ritchson back in the role of Jack Reacher as the show adapts Lee Child’s novel Gone Tomorrow.

Alan Ritchson’s Reacher Season 4 gets first photos ahead of release

The first photo shows Reacher on a subway, where a brief encounter with a person with a gun ignites the central mystery. Another pair of stills introduces Agnez Mo and Anggun as Lila and Amisha Hoth, a mother and daughter who hire Reacher for a search.

A third shot captures Reacher alongside two police officers played by Sydelle Noel and Christopher Rodriguez-Marquette, plus Kevin Weisman as journalist Russell Plum. A fourth photo reveals Reacher gripping the underside of a bridge, matching an episode titled “Bridge.” The final image revisits the Hoth characters.

Prime Video plans a three-episode premiere, with Reacher Season 4 episodes releasing weekly until the September 16 finale. That same day, the franchise expands with Neagley, a spinoff starring Maria Sten, who reprises her role as Frances Neagley this season.

Ritchson has not held back his enthusiasm. He told Collider the new season is “by far the best season we’ve had yet” and shared on social media that the production filmed more fight sequences than any previous year. The story pulls Reacher into a deadly game against powerful enemies operating from the shadows, though the photos suggest the adaptation will veer from the novel in places.

The streamer also renewed Reacher for a fifth season ahead of this launch, fueling the show’s dominance since its 2022 debut. With the first look now public and a trailer expected soon, the build-up to August 12 is well underway. Fans will have to wait till then.
