According to the rumor, Sadie Sink’s Jean Grey will be the one to break the news to Peter. It’s important to note that this remains an unverified rumor, as neither Marvel Studios nor Sony Pictures has commented on the matter. It also has not been reported by any scooper, so fans should take it with an extra grain of salt.
If true, it wouldn’t be the first time the MCU has revealed an established hero to be a mutant. Previously, Marvel revealed that Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, was a mutant.
