Prince Harry might get support from this A-list celeb amid legal bills
As per Page Six’s exclusive report, Elton John may step in to help Prince Harry amid his legal bill woes. According to the outlet, the Duke of Sussex could face up to $20 million (£15 million) in legal fees. Sources told the outlet that Harry does not have that kind of money.
An insider dished, “Harry definitely doesn’t have the money for it.” They added that the Duke of Sussex will “likely be very furious about the fees. She did not want him to [pursue the case].”
Harry has reportedly been given 14 days to pay the fees after a judge finalizes the costs later this month, even if they appeal. A legal source stated, “The people funding the case will likely help Harry with costs.” They added that Elton John, an old friend of Harry’s mother, Princess Diana, might step in to help the young royal.
The source continued, “Elton John could also well help Harry out. They’re extremely close.” The legendary singer performed at Harry and Meghan’s star-studded wedding in 2018. Notably, he has a personal fortune of $640 million, according to the UK Sunday Times Rich List.
Interestingly, this setback comes at a time when the Sussexes’ earning power is in question. The outlet was also told that they have two mortgages on their $14.5 million home in Montecito, California.
