One actress recently revealed that The Sopranos star James Gandolfini gave her one of the best on-screen kisses of her career. Sarah Shahi, best known for her role in Sex/Life, appeared in The Sopranos Season 6 episode titled “Kennedy and Heidi” as Sonya, Christopher Moltisanti’s mistress. She opened up about the experience during her appearance on the June 18 episode of The Bossticks.

Sarah Shahi, who has made a name for herself with shows like Sex/Life and Paradise, recently revealed that The Sopranos star James Gandolfini was one of the best kisses she ever had. She appeared as Sonya, Christopher Moltisanti’s mistress, in The Sopranos Season 6.
“Tony goes to Vegas to tell the girl that he was messing with that Christopher died and I was the girl. I was a Vegas showgirl [and] college student,” she said during her appearance on the June 18 episode of The Bossticks.
“And did you get to make out with him?” the host asked.
“Yes, we had a full-on sex scene,” Shahi said. “I was on top of him, and then we went to the desert and smoked peyote,” she added. “He’s incredible. He was incredible. He was a very troubled man, but the crew loved him,” she further said.
She recalled that Gandolfini did not show up on the day of the shoot, but he sent a note to her hotel room. “I went back to my hotel room, and he sent me a dozen roses with a note saying like, ‘Sorry about today. Don’t be nervous cuz I suck. Love, the fat man,'” she recalled.
“Yeah, I did a sex scene with Tony Soprano,” she added. “One of the best, I have to say, kisses I’ve ever had.”
Shahi also recalled that they continued kissing after the director called cut. “Then we have to kiss, and when they called cut, we were still kissing,” she recalled, saying that she was sitting on his lap. “We did it three, four times, and every time like they would call cut and we’re still f***ing making out.”
