A notorious NSFW movie featuring Margot Robbie is arriving on Hulu soon. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Martin Scorsese, The Wolf of Wall Street generated controversy on its release for its graphic content and heavy use of profanity, but went on to be nominated for five Academy Awards, including Best Picture.

The Wolf of Wall Street and its Spanish dub will be added to Hulu’s streaming catalog on July 1, 2026. Margot Robbie stars in the film alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill. The movie’s supporting cast also includes Matthew McConaughey, Kyle Chandler, Rob Reiner, Jon Bernthal, Jon Favreau, and Cristin Milioti, among others.
Helmed by Martin Scorsese from a screenplay by Terence Winter, the film is based on Jordan Belfort’s 2007 memoir of the same name. The story chronicles Belfort’s career as a stockbroker and his fall from grace after his firm, Stratton Oakmont, is exposed as being involved in widespread corruption and fraud. Margot Robbie plays the character Naomi Lapaglia in the movie, Belfort’s second wife, who was based on Belfort’s real-life second wife, Nadine Macaluso.
Distributed by Paramount Pictures in the United States, the movie first premiered at the Ziegfeld Theatre on December 17, 2013. It subsequently received a wide release about a week later on Christmas Day, December 25.
Following its release, the movie became a big box office success, grossing approximately $407 million globally against its $100 million budget (via Box Office Mojo). Moreover, it garnered positive critical and audience reception, evident in its strong scores on review aggregators. On Rotten Tomatoes, the movie holds a 79% “certified fresh” critical approval rating and a robust 83% audience score. Meanwhile, Metacritic has assigned it a “generally favorable” Metascore of 75 and a user score of 8.1, which denotes “universal acclaim.”
