Tom Brady Trolled After Announcing His Company ‘Good Nut’

Tom Brady collaborated with Gopuff to launch a premium organic coconut water called Good Nut. Its ad commercial was released recently and has garnered attention from fans and the sports industry, with some trolling the name. The idea for the venture emerged for Brady because coconut water has always been a staple for him, both now and during his playing days.

Tom Brady’s new company name has fans talking

Gopuff took to X (formerly Twitter) to release the ad commercial for Tom Brady’s new business, Good Nut. In the clip, Brady, seated near the pool, speaks to a girl on the phone about the premium coconut water line. Throughout their conversation, he avoids naming the product while continuing to speak about its making and benefits. The commercial ends with the product’s pronunciation, which happens when the duo’s conversation concludes, with the girl pressing Brady to reveal the name.

The caption read, “Certified organic. No added sugars. Premium coconut water by Gopuff & @TomBrady. Available in three delicious, all-natural flavors, including the only certified organic chocolate coconut water. Exclusively on Gopuff.” Fans took to the comment section to share their interesting reactions to Brady’s new business launch.

One fan wrote, “This is freaking good; almost as good as the real thing.” Another one added, “Imagine asking the store if they have good nut.” A third one added, “Top tier marketing.” Other reactions also included, “Brady goin crazy w this lol” and “cocoa nut are the stan craze for real.”

Julian Edelman, who was a former teammate of Brady from the New England Patriots, also retweeted the commercial with a comment. He wrote, “….pause.”

In a statement, Brady shared what inspired him to bring this product to market. “Hydration has always been a big part of my routine, and while coconut water has been a staple for me, I knew we could take it to a completely different level by teaming up with Gopuff. With Good Nut, we focused on keeping the ingredients simple and clean, making sure it’s exactly what I’d want in my own fridge,” he said (via Fox Business).
