Having settled her multi-million dollar lawsuit with Sean “Diddy” Combs, renowned singer and dancer Cassie Ventura has reportedly made the decision to leave the US. Ventura, who is currently contesting a separate lawsuit filed against her and Diddy by male escort Clayton Howard, revealed in a recent statement that not only has she left the country, but she also has no intentions of moving back.
Cassie Ventura reportedly fled US after Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs settlement
According to a court declaration procured by TMZ, Cassie Ventura has chosen to leave the US, following her massive legal win against the convicted singer.
The 39-year-old model had originally filed the declaration on May 1, 2026, in regard to her ongoing lawsuit against Howard. In the statement, Ventura revealed, “I reside outside of the United States. I do not intend to move back to the United States.” She also added, “I am a citizen of the United States. I am not a resident of the State of California.”
While Cassie Ventura has confirmed her decision to leave the US, it remains unclear as to where she is presently residing. The singer has also stated that she would prefer to attend all the legal and court proceedings in New York, where her lawyers practise, rather than in California.
Howard initially filed the lawsuit against Diddy and Ventura in California, claiming that the two had hired him for their so-called “freak-offs,” which ended with him contracting a sexually transmitted disease. The complainant added that both Diddy and Ventura had inflicted brutal sexual abuse on him, causing him physical and psychological injury.
Before fleeing the US, Cassie Ventura won $20 million in a settlement in her lawsuit against Diddy, along with an additional $10 Million from the InterContinental Los Angeles Century, where the singer was caught physically assaulting Ventura on camera.
