Netflix has officially revealed the release date of the final season of Death Inc. The streaming platform has announced when viewers can expect the show’s fourth and concluding season, while also sharing a first look at the upcoming episodes. Season 4 of Death Inc. will bring the long-running Spanish comedy series to an end.
Death Inc. Season 4 arrives on Netflix in August
The popular black comedy sitcom is preparing to conclude its run, with the streaming giant confirming that the fourth and final season will premiere globally on August 7, 2026.
Alongside the release date announcement, Netflix also unveiled a first batch of images from the upcoming season of Death Inc. It opens with uncertainty about the business’s future leadership. As discussions begin over who should take control, Chemi proposes a temporary arrangement that places him in charge until a permanent successor is ready to step in.
However, the plan creates friction within the company and complicates his relationship with Dámaso. He alternates between trying to undermine his new boss and flattering him. At the same time, Chemi introduces a series of new measures at the funeral home.
Created by Laura Caballero and Alberto Caballero, the series will conclude with a six-episode final season. Laura also directs the season, while the scripts are written by Alberto, Daniel Deorador, Julián Sastre, and Nando Abad. Meanwhile, the show is produced by Contubernio Films.
The ensemble cast is led by Carlos Areces. It also features Amaia Salamanca, Salva Reina, Diego Martín, Aitziber Garmendia, Gerald B. Fillmore, Roque Ruiz, Bárbara Santa-Cruz, Lorea Intxausti, Manolo Cal, and Lucía Quintana.
Production on the fourth season was first announced in November 2025, when work officially began on the show’s final chapter. With all three previous seasons already available on Netflix, the upcoming installment is set to bring the long-running Spanish comedy to a close when it premieres this August.
