Bill Clinton Claims Context Missing From Epstein Files Hot Tub Photo

A video from former President Bill Clinton’s deposition about Jeffrey Epstein’s files has put the so-called “hot tub photo” back in the headlines. The image has been circulating online along with the Epstein files. In the deposition footage, Clinton gets asked directly about the picture and the unanswered questions that follow it. But he denied any foul suspicions.

Bill Clinton says he doesn’t recognize the ‘girl’ in Epstein Files hot tub photo

Bill Clinton’s “hot tub photo” from the Epstein files followed him into his deposition. Part of the footage from TMZ shows Clinton being asked where the photo was taken, who else was there, and who the person seated next to him appears to be.

Clinton claimed he never even realized anyone snapped the photo at the time. He said, “No, I don’t think I ever knew the photo was taken.” When the questioner pressed him on the location, the former president answered that he believes it happened in Brunei during a long overseas trip connected to his foundation work on AIDS.

Clinton described the setting as part of a hotel suite layout, not a public pool scene. Moreover, he explained that the pool area sat on the same floor as several suites. He added, “I also believe that there was a Secret Service agent there at the other end of the pool.”

As for the person in the hot tub with him — referred to as a “girl” in the questioning — Clinton said he could not identify her. Additionally, the deposition included a direct question about sexual contact, to which Clinton promptly responded with, “No.”

In the deposition, Bill Clinton acknowledged he traveled on Epstein’s plane more than once. But the former president added that he first learned about Epstein’s crimes “in 2008 when he was prosecuted.” Still, the photo in the files pointed fingers at Clinton, but he insisted that the image lacked context.
