Scream star Matthew Lillard gushes over Jacob Elordi and calls him “freaking delicious.” In a candid conversation with Yahoo’s new interview series Off the Cuff, the 56-year-old actor heaped praise on the Euphoria star. Elordi recently impressed audiences as the charismatic Heathcliff in the latest cinematic adaptation of Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights, opposite Margot Robbie.

Scream star Matthew Lillard is “obsessed” with Jacob Elordi. He revealed to Yahoo’s Off the Cuff, “Jacob Elordi, he is so freaking delicious. And he carries a woman’s bag, like a side bag, that I’m sort of obsessed with.”
Continuing further, he said, “Because I do think he is like, so masculine, yet carries this female bag, and he looks divine, and I’m like, ‘Do I need that bag?’ That’s so not me. I have the same set of clothes for the last ten years. I literally have a shirt in my closet that I have had longer than I have been married.”
In other news, according to DeuxMoi’s latest blind item, Amazon is courting Elordi for Denis Villeneuve’s Bond 26. Not only that, Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight will be screenwriting the reboot.
According to the blind item, “Jacob Elordi as Bond has been a long-standing rumor. Amazon has offered Elordi the Bond role. Filming starts in October this year.” However, the producers have not made any official announcement regarding this rumor yet.
Elordi is reportedly in talks with the director for the same. Coral’s John Hill revealed, “We have seen a surge of support for Jacob Elordi over the last 24 hours. Many punters feel he will be the first Australian to play 007 since George Lazenby” (via Daily Express UK).
If his casting is confirmed, Elordi will be the second Australian actor to portray Bond after George Lazenby portrayed the role in On Her Majesty’s Secret Service. Not only that, but the Euphoria star would also become the youngest actor to take on the role at 28.
