He shared that they’re big on showing affection and never hold back from saying “I love you.” What he admires most, he said, is Leslie’s sincerity, calling her “genuine” and admitting he feels “very, very lucky (via Mr. Porter)” to have her by his side.
Harington also spoke candidly about the tougher chapters of their journey. He’s been open in the past about battling depression and addiction during and after Game of Thrones, and he credited Leslie for standing firm through it all. Becoming a dad has also shifted his whole perspective. Harington and Leslie are parents to two kids, a son born in 2021 and a daughter born in 2023, and he says fatherhood came at exactly the right time. Speaking to Mr. Porter, he added that he feels confident in the role, saying he believes he’s “good at being a dad.”
