The former Marvel star, known for her roles in Lost and the Ant-Man films, shared a personal update with fans. Additionally, acknowledging the significant financial privilege that allows her to pursue specialized care.
She gave a proper health update, explaining she is deeply focused on restoring her brain health after being diagnosed with brain damage. “I have spent a lot of money getting evaluated and getting targeted, expert advice on how to heal my brain,” she stated in the video.
Lilly was careful to note that her regimen is personal and that “not everyone can afford to do this.” She emphasized she is not a medical professional but chose to share details because many lack access to affordable care. “In the absence of affordable medical care in this country, I am sharing some of the advice [given] to me,” she said.
Evangeline Lilly’s specific treatment involves a targeted supplement schedule designed to address deficiencies. She outlined her daily routine, which includes N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) and creatine in the morning. With lunch, she takes Resveratrol, Curcumin, and Omega-3s, and she incorporates Coenzyme Q10 with her dinner.
The actress, whose current health issues are from a serious accident in May 2025, expressed profound gratitude for her ability to afford this level of care. “I consider myself one of the extremely fortunate people in this country who can take care of my body the way it needs to be taken care of without money getting in the way of that,” she acknowledged.
