King Charles reportedly pushed his younger brother, ex-Prince Andrew, into “isolation” by removing him from Royal Lodge. The news of Andrew’s relocation came out last year. After losing his royal title, the former Duke of York would seemingly leave his forever home. However, no confirmed reports of his new address have been released. Recently, a source claimed that he might be moved to the Marsh Farm, which appeared to be a remote property.
King Charles’ severe approach towards ex-Prince Andrew ‘concerning,’ says source
King Charles has reportedly been pressuring Andrew Mountbatten Windsor to relocate to a remote five-bedroom property. To date, the ex-Duke of York has lived in Royal Lodge, a 31-room estate. But, due to his past scandals, he is stripped of his royal titles and public duties. A source recently told RadarOnline that the monarch’s approach towards his brother might be “concerning.”
The palace insider claimed that Andrew’s belongings would allegedly not fit in Marsh Farm. On top of that, another tipster stated that he might feel “banishment” if he were reportedly sent to a remote address. They added, “It is far more than a practical relocation – it is a very visible marker of his fall from grace, and those who care about him are seriously concerned about the toll this level of humiliation could take on his mental well-being.”
Furthermore, the outlet also reported that the king’s approach might be “too severe.” This supposedly has even made the royal family concerned about Andrew. A senior royal aide claimed, “The overriding concern is that Andrew is being pushed into isolation in a way that could prove harmful.” They informed that Marsh was “incredibly secluded.” Moreover, such a move would seem like “cutting him off from people and familiar surroundings.”
Earlier, a report stated that ending the 65-year-old’s royal privileges completely might backfire. If he felt “deliberately punished,” the ex-prince could allegedly retaliate. The result would reportedly not look good for the monarchy.
