Health and Human Services Secretary RFK Jr. claimed President Donald Trump has exceptional health markers, including an extremely high testosterone level for his age. This is the latest addition to the discussion on Trump’s physical condition in political circles.
RFK Jr. talks about Donald Trump’s testosterone
On a podcast episode of Katie Miller, White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller’s wife, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. made striking comments about President Trump’s health. The 71-year-old secretary stated, “He’s in incredible health,” and specifically cited a review by Dr. Oz.
“Dr. Oz looked at his medical records and said he’s got the highest testosterone level that he’s ever seen for an individual over 70 years old,” Kennedy claimed. He added, “I know the president will be happy that I’ll repeat that.” A White House spokesman echoed this sentiment in a statement to People, asserting, “Secretary Kennedy is right: as his golf championships and flawless physical report results indicate, President Trump has the constitution and energy levels most young people could only dream of having.”
Kennedy’s comments quickly gained traction online, partly due to their specificity and partly because testosterone levels are often associated with aging, strength, and vitality. Despite certain potential concerns, RFK Jr. continued to speak glowingly about Donald Trump, saying the president has “the constitution of a deity” despite what he described as unhealthy daily habits. “He eats really bad food, which is McDonald’s, and candy and Diet Coke. But he drinks Diet Coke at all times,” Kennedy said. “I don’t know how he’s alive,” he added.
Accounts of Trump’s fondness for fast food are long-standing. In an October 2025 podcast, RNC Chairman Joe Gruters recalled being shocked by Trump’s campaign trail order of McDonald’s hot fries, a Filet-O-Fish, a Quarter Pounder, and a Big Mac. A 2017 book by former aides also described Trump ordering multiple burgers and fish sandwiches. President Trump himself has recently addressed health concerns, telling The Wall Street Journal he is in “perfect health.”
