The Luxe Value Menu is designed to give customers more flexibility and choice, rather than focusing solely on price. It is useful if they’re looking for a quick snack or mixing and matching items to build a full meal. The menu includes 5 food options under $3. Taco Bell highlights select standouts like the Mini Taco Salad, the Beef Potato Loaded Griller, and the Avocado Ranch Chicken Stacker as examples of how value doesn’t have to feel basic.

In addition to these items, Taco Bell confirmed that several longtime fan favorites will also be part of the value menu. These include the Cheesy Roll Up ($1.19), Spicy Potato Soft Taco ($1.29), Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito ($1.49), and the 3-Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt ($2.29).

Beyond the food itself, Taco Bell is also rolling out exclusive perks for loyal customers. Through Taco Bell’s Drops, 30,000 Rewards Members will have the chance to grab a Luxe Value Menu item for just $1. The limited-time offer is available only through the Taco Bell app and is on a first-come, first-served basis. This adds an element of urgency and excitement for fans who stay on top of the brand’s digital ecosystem.

Rewards members are also getting early access. As reported by USA Today, Taco Bell Rewards Members can unlock the Luxe Value Menu ahead of everyone else. To access it, customers must use the mobile app. Along with that, check in at either the drive-thru or a restaurant kiosk.

Taco Bell issued a statement explaining that the Luxe Value Menu was built to “defy expectations of what value can be.” Thus, emphasising flavour-forward options that elevate everyday cravings while staying accessible. By keeping prices under $3, the brand aims to offer greater flexibility and, in turn, attract more customers.
