Kate Winslet’s story about Eminem’s NSFW request has recently caught everyone’s attention. On “The Graham Norton Show,” the Hollywood actor shared a past anecdote about the rapper. Reportedly, it happened when Eminem appeared on an episode of the 2004 “Saturday Night Live.” He was the musical guest while Winslet was the host. The latter was taken aback when she received Eminem’s request for “personal grooming.”
Kate Winslet reveals Eminem asked her to ‘shave his bottom’
Kate Winslet recently revealed a story about Eminem and his NSFW request. On the December 5 episode of “The Graham Norton Show,” she appeared as one of the guests to promote her new movie, “Goodbye June.” During the conversations, she recalled her time as a host on “Saturday Night Live” in a 2004 episode.
Eminem reportedly appeared on “SNL” as the musical guest, who asked Winslet to “shave his bottom.” “This is a story I’ve never, never told,” she told Graham Norton and others on the talk show. Fellow guests Jacinda Arden, Seth Meyers, and Alan Carr seemed shocked, along with the host and the audience.
Seeing their reactions, the Oscar winner emphasized that the rapper had indeed made such a request. She further stated her response to Eminem, saying, “I’m sorry, I don’t do personal grooming.” Her storytelling left the other guests and the audience in stitches. She ended the tale, saying, “Honestly—never told that story before, never in my life in public.”
This is not the first time the “Titanic” hitmaker has shared a funny anecdote in her recent interviews and talk shows. Last month, she appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” where the bombshell revealed her almost wardrobe mishap tale when she met King Charles for the first time.
At the age of 20, she met a royal member at the premiere of “Sense and Sensibility.” Winslet was unsure whether she would meet the then-prince. Thus, the sheer lace outfit that she was wearing completely slipped her mind. However, her coat came to the rescue at the last minute, and their first encounter went smoothly.
