The Birmingham Lord Mayor, who goes by the Instagram handle @brumlordmayor, shared a post regarding Osbourne’s posthumous honor. On December 3, the city’s mayor presented the honor to Osbourne’s wife, Sharon, and his daughter, Kelly Osbourne.
The caption read, “Today, the Deputy Lord Mayor and I were honored to meet with the Osbourne family and posthumously present Ozzy Osbourne’s Lord Mayor’s Award and the Book of Condolences following his passing.
