Band of The Month: Watch Steel Panther Talk Groupies, Chris Brown & Manhood Measurement

The spandex-clad hard rock parodists of Steel Panther rock harder, look better, and are a hell of a lot more fun than the entirety of the ’80s hair-metal glam bands they’re modeled after. Never breaking character, they are the consummate rock n’ roll cocksmen, obsessed with groupie sleaze and STDs as they breathe new life into the ludicrously over-the-top antics of rock’s most flamboyant era.

Every song in their catalogue is a testimony to absurdly gluttonous sexuality, and they push it to the hilt on their third album, All You Can Eat, released last month on their own label. All You Can Eat has been Steel Panther’s highest-charting release thus far, making it a perfect time for the boys to be featured as Crave’s Band of The Month. Last week we brought you a rippin’ performance of “Party Like Tomorrow Is The End Of The World,” after the previous week’s fist-pumping crusher “Death To All But Metal”.

Now we bring you a ridiculously hilarious interview with preening himbo bassist Lexxi Foxxx and guitarist Satchel, a man with dangerous shredding abilities outmatched only by his cutting wit. The duo cover hilarious ground in leaps and bounds, between relating to Chris Brown, the annoyance of “girls who talk,” the joy of making fans wait in the cold, and how frontman Michael Starr allegedly had a few… ahem.. manhood issues for the entirety of the band’s first two records.

Check back Thursday for the next CraveOnstage performance session by Steel Panther! Pick up All You Can Eat and keep up with the band at their official site, as well as on Twitter and Facebook.
