Paul Anthony Kelly is urging motorcyclists to avoid a common fashion mistake on the road after learning a painful lesson from a past accident.
Kelly was recently featured as the centerfold in People’s 2026 Sexiest Man Alive issue. During his interview, the Love Story actor gave viewers a tour of his tattoos and explained what they represent.
Pointing to an ouroboros design on his left shoulder, Kelly explained that a section of the tattoo was permanently scuffed when he crashed his motorcycle. “So, don’t wear shorts and a T-shirt on a motorcycle,” the 38-year-old actor advised.

Kelly walked fans through several of his tattoos, explaining the personal meaning behind each one. He began by showing the hearts inked on his wrists, revealing that they were his first tattoos. “It’s love in, love out. That’s the whole point of living is to love and be loved,” he said.
Next, Kelly showed a tooth on his left bicep. “I have soft teeth. Runs in my family,” he explained the meaning behind it. The actor also had a Calla Lily on his arm, revealing that it is his mother’s favorite flower and his sister’s middle name. “Got two birds stoned at once there,” he said.

Other designs he showcased included a little quill and an inkwell that signify writing one’s own history and the words “Today” written over “Tomorrow.” The latter represents the message, “Do what you can today for a better tomorrow.”

He also stars in American Horror Story: 13 and will next appear in The Housemaid’s Secret, the upcoming sequel to the 2025 erotic thriller The Housemaid.
