Someone Replaced The Lightsaber Sounds In ‘Star Wars’ With Owen Wilson Saying ‘Wow’

Just in case you arrived late to the party, actor Owen Wilson says the word “wow” an awful lot in his movies. Some might go as far as to say that he abuses the right. But then again, so do tortoises, so what’s your argument?

If anything, the catchphrase — let’s face it, the word belongs to him now — is noticeably absent from every movie he doesn’t star in, which is a damn shame. Thank goodness a hero named Josh Billinson came along and changed all that with some fast paced editing and a whole lot of free time on their hands.

Owen Wilson Saying “Wow” Was Given The Star Wars Treatment It Deserves

Sorry, but what were you expecting? The headline (and Billinson’s caption of “Star Wars, but all of the light saber sounds are Owen Wilson saying ‘wow'”) set it up, and the video knocked it down. It’s a simple formula. And if it ain’t broke, don’t bother fixing it.
