Hipster’s Beware: TRNTBL Goes on Sale This Saturday

It looks like a record player, it sounds like a record player, it even spins like a record player, but the TRNTBL is much more than that. Brought to you by VNYL, the record subscription service, the first “internet of things” record player is a beautiful system that not only lets you play your vintage records, but also music from your computer and phone, all without any cords, wires or jacks.

TRNTBL comes integrated with Sonos, so you can stream your TRNTBL music into any room in your house at once, and Spotify, so you can play your music from the app directly into the system. Additionally, the TRNTBL also automatically identifies the music spinning on your vinyl so you can share to social media.

For those who enjoy listening to an album without worrying about finding songs, the Spotify is programmed to automatically create playlists based on the song you chose. That means you’re guaranteed an awesome playlist that follows the general rise and flow of an album.

Aesthetically, TRNTBL is created to take center stage in your home. The design is beautiful, simple and modern, in color blocks of black+gold and creme+gold. Because of its wireless nature, the TRNTBL can exist virtually anywhere, adding an element of design to your home along with the advanced Bluetooth technology. “The player is beautifully designed to making listening to vinyl more accessible for this new and growing audience of premium music listeners,” said Nick Alt, VNYL’s Founder.

TRNTBL will launch and become available for advanced purchase on Friday, April 29 at 10am for a discounted rate of $351 and will ship in summer, 2017. On Saturday, April 30, the VNYL store on Venice Beach’s Abbot Kinney Blvd. will host a launch party to view the hardware, listen to music and meet the founder (and eat vegan donuts, of course, because it’s Venice).
