The Flow is a contraption that is looking to improve every breakfast you have from here on out by about 100 percent. The “personal beehive,” produced by BeeInventive, provides honey on tap right from the source.
The frame of The Flow fits into a standard langstroth super, with two doorways having been cut out in one end of the hive in order to allow easy access for honey collection. There’s also a frame that allows for observation of your beehive, with a frame also consisting of partly formed honeycomb cells which will then be completed by your bees.
You can harvest the honey from The Flow by inserting a tube into a hole in the frame, with the honeycomb cells splitting in order to transform into channels that allow the honey to flow down. The honey can then be poured from the tap into a jar ready for use without the beers being disturbed in the process.
