Fashion: Back to Work with the Right Man-Bag
The summer ain’t officially over yet, but it sure feels that way with no more long weekends at the beach, no more music festivals and fewer and fewer barbecues. It’s time to get a bit more serious about work, which means ditching the backpack; we’ve got nothing against backpacks, in fact, we love ‘em, but not for the office, and upping your man-bag game. But, we’re not talking about your father’s hard leather code-lock case, nor the elegant, but conservative Coach leather attaches, which seem a bit risky considering they’re usually set down on the floor of a commuter train, along with a hot cup of coffee.

One of those cups inevitably spills and you’re left with a pricey coffee-stained bag. Instead, we like Timberland and similar brands for their soft-structured canvas bags with leather trim and buckles in all the right places.
We love Timberland’s durability; a friend has had his original Timberland work bag for 20 years, their sporty yet serious style and their practical pockets.
